Since it has a HEPA filter, this theoretically should be okay as it’s “clean” air. But if you’re sensitive, it’s still a problem. Plus I just don’t like it. Putting the motor lower on the stick closer to the base and further away from me would also solve this problem

I use the Rocket with the wand section removed (floor head joined directly to the motor/dust cup unit) for the easiest handling. This is not an option with the Apex Uplight.

Good value for the price. The cord wrap is practical. Does well reaching under furniture and the conversion to handheld is easy enough.

The issue with the Dyson isn’t “too much suction”. The problem is with the cleaner head design, it can’t adjust high enough for plush carpeting.

The attachments fit into a plastic clip that goes on the upright of the vacuum. It is a REALLY BAD DESIGN. The cord gets caught on the attachments when turning the vacuum and the attachments seem to always get knocked out of the clip if vacuuming near, or bumping, anything.

Also do you guys know if I can use the Felix exhaust filters on the Dart I can't seem to find anywhere saying you can but I don't see why they'd be different. TL;DR: SEBO Dart is good vacuum.

It doesn’t have good suction., it will pick up a little larger items but clog, to empty you have to unhook bottom from top and then take the top part of vacuum to trash and such a hassle to make sure the large top is in the trash when u empty out or else it will make a mess. Cord is Manuel. Also has attachment that should fit on side of vacuum but the part is flimsy and doesn’t stay on

For mostly carpet you'll want a powerhead with physical height adjustment and a bagged vacuum will last longer. The Sebo Dart and Sebo Felix are great uprights that will easily last 10 years, in fact Sebo's motor warranty is 10 years. For a canister the Miele C1 Cat & Dog and Sebo K3 are good and the Miele C3 Kona and Sebo E3 are better. If you can visit a Miele and Sebo vacuum store it's best as then you can try them out first as every vacuum moves differently and has it's positives and negatives

It is a little different because the majority of the weight is close to your hand instead of down low. This doesn't bother us in the least. Empty it when it gets full, rinse the pre-motor filter at the top of the bin as specified, occasionally clean the screen inside of the bin whenever necessary, remove any tangling from the brush roll, and replace the exhaust filter when it becomes dirty and it is a great unit. Maintaining any vacuum cleaner is the key to making it last a long time.

During the call, I was just baffled by the attitude of the customer service. Although "courteous", they are basically trying to bait you into saying that the problem occurred because you didn't maintain the unit correctly. (because then they are not liable for it) They would ask you "how often do you wash the filters" or "how do you wash the filters". If you answer "I didn't wash" or they conclude you washed improperly, they will basically turn it around on you
