Complete new network build for small office, need some advice

If budget really isn't an issue, Ruckus Unleashed. If you look that up and baulk at the price, Uniquiti UniFi or TP-Link Omada. You'll probably want to add a controller for centralised management - these are either a small UniFi or Omada appliance, or software that can run on any Windows or Linux OS (raspberry pi, VM, Docker, whatever).

Ruckus stuff just works. Unleashed can be configured from a web browser without java, unlike ubiquiti.

Moving to a new house soon and want to overhaul network.

I'd go with Ruckus Unleashed APs. You can set one up to be a master controller and do multiple SSIDs, including a guest network with captive portal.

That said, you may want to consider *embedded* controller products instead, which integrate the controller into the AP firmware itself, avoiding the extra dependency while providing multi-master failover, all without any extra monkeying around -- stuff like Aruba Instant On, Cisco CBW or used Ruckus running Unleashed. All of those can support multi SSIDs, PoE and have at least Wifi 5 options, if not both.

These access points will not allow WiFi calling! There may be a way to enable this feature, but there is nothing mentioned in the documentation. Contact tech support? Don't waste your time! I sent messages back and forth 14 TIMES with tech support. What are the serial numbers, where did you buy them...
