The 4 Best Neckband Headphones - Spring 2022

The Sony WI-C400 are average-at-best wireless in-ears with an easy-to-use control scheme and a long battery life. They're stable enough for sports use and have a decently comfortable fit, but they have a treble-heavy sound that may be a bit too piercing for some. They also lack a lot of bass. They won't be the best headphones for watching a lot of video content either and take a considerable amount of time to charge, but on the upside, they do not leak much even at high volumes

  According to Sony's website these headphones only support SBC & AAC bluetooth codecs (no aptx), so in theory they should sound bettery on devices that support bluetooth AAC but at this sound performance category it will likely not be a perceivable difference  The main issue with these headphones is the collar. It is a rigid material so if it does not happen to fit the size of your neck it will feel like you are wearing a shirt that is too tight around the neck.

  Sound quality is acceptable but shrill in treble, esp at higher volumes. Your mileage may vary depending on how good a fit you get with the included earbuds. Replacing them with comply foam tips reduced the shrillness and sibilance (still there but not painful at higher volumes).  The battery life is very good

I go spans of time with no interaction, but then will have to talk to someone on the spot, so the band is essential to be able to pop them in and out without the hassle i had when i used the wired kind that had the clip to fasten it to the back of your shirt. Good batt life, bad sound

They're good if you need ALOT of listening time, but the sound quality is "meh". There is some pops and clicks and crackling when listening to music for long durations that you're going to notice and it becomes kind of annoying after a few hours. Like I said "the sound quality is okay" but there's ALOT of BASS to the music so it's not a very flat sound and also the phone call Quality is not good compared to the LG Tones if you have the money buy better ones but for the price they're good enough. Order July 2020, officially dead July 2021. Overall was a pair of good headphones delivered good sound, comfortable fit and long batter at an affordable price.
