Sometimes it would barely leave home base. It cleaned my tiny kitchen but, instead of the 5 minutes it usually takes, it took 45 minutes because it did it in circles. It made a perfect quick map but then would only clean in circles. I reset it, No joy

 There are numerous chat rooms that have had similar responses. I contacted the Mfg and they apologize but said they don't know why this happens and they will not compensate for repairs. The other issues is they do not support their own replacement parts. The App says time to replace filters and brushes but when you try to buy replacement parts they have been out of stock for months and tech support cannot provide an eta

Wyze Vacuum

I'm surprised it's only been a few months and this fragile thing is breaking apart. Keeping in mind it's only wiping hard floors and soft carpets. What's worse is Wyze doesn't sell replacement parts yet! How can you release a product without guaranteeing parts?

Fresh out of the box, this robot was hands down better than my Shark IQ!  The only thing it lacked was the ability to self empty.  It cleaned the floor like a champ with beautiful carpet striping.  Then the bottom fell out.

At a price point of $200, it's a really good deal compared to Eufy, Roomba, Roborock, etc. Anyone that has the Wyze Robot Vacuum, what are your thoughts? Did you switch from a more expensive or even buy the Wyze one to test against the more expensive model?

I do a full vacuum of the house once a week so whatever robot vacuum I go with will just be used once or twice a week to do a light cleaning. Have a about a 60/40 mix of carpet/hardwood.

 The Wyze website had a warranty link that put me in touch with customer service. They ran basic troubleshooting and are issuing a replacement in 5-10 business days.

For the price, this is a very capable alternative to its more expensive brethren. I was skeptical that any vacuum in this price range would perform well at all.  Instead, in the box you'll find what looks like the majority of other robo-vacs. A nice bonus feature is that in included a spare rotating brush and spare air filter
