 What I'm going to do is exchange this for one that works hopefully - and I will finish the review hi guys, some back with a different pigeon egg mixture. This time I got it in white plugged it in and it works, so we can continue with review with this new KitchenAid. I have also watched the stainless steel bowl three times to get all the black residue off of the bowl, so it doesn't end up. In my food, I suggest that you use a steel scrubby to scrub down the bowl both outside and inside

 If the dough is tikki makes for another 2 minutes and then the dough should be clinging to the hook and the sides of the bowl should be clean after that. You'Ll need it for 2. More minutes, so we'll go to speed so dough with a little bit. Sticky, so I will add some more flour again mix it on b2

 To now. I'Ll add two eggs one at a time. Vanilla extract scrape this down now on star speed, I'm going to add my cocoa powder flour, baking soda and salt [ Applause ]. It has been combined pretty well, there's not much flour

Though either machine would work for batters, creams, etc the Kitchen Aid Classic does not work well for actual bread doughs. Where as the Oster machine handles the doughs just fine- with this caveat I don't know how long making doughs everyday it will last. If you can afford it a machine with a motor of 450watts or better would be the perfect size for making lot's of batches of bread doughs at home, this Oster can do the job if you are like me and cannot afford a $500 mixer. When I do buy a bigger mixer- if Oster sells a larger Machine I will definitely buy it

 Like this, and then you have four blades here that give you some different cutting options, there's a peeling blade that comes with this thing too. In my case, i'm just gon na use a spiralizer here.  It'S actually attached into the stand. As you can see, it's in there pretty good and if you want to get it out, you just twist it to the right and pop it off now, as you can see, it's threaded here on the bottom. So if you want to put that back on you just twist it back on and you're good to go, the more expensive models are actually suspended up here from the array. The bowl here has a maximum capacity of four and a half quarts and, if you're keeping count that would actually make six pounds of mashed potatoes in here six dozen cookies or four loaves of bread all at one time to me, that's a pretty good size

 So you ready - let's get into this before we get into this review. There'S one thing you should know the kitchenaid classic comes in the kitchenaid classic and also the kitchenaid classic, plus the difference between the two is supposed to be that the classic has a 250 watt motor and the classic plus has a 275 watt motor. But there is a little bit of confusion there, because for a while, the classic was made with the 250 watt motor and also with the 275 watt motor, and i think that was probably before the plus model actually came out. And when it did they just kind of severed the two and put the 275 watt motors in the pluses

Powerful, but lacks usability features

Not the greatest deal you could find...

not big enough for my projects

I am in my late 70's and am disappointed that the mixer is so heavy. I had to have help to get it out of the box and onto the counter but am unable to move it on the counter which I need to do in order to use it. Also the dough hook was missing from the order so had to order it to be replaced. I wished I would have waited and now I see the same mixer I bought comes with handle on the bowl
