Tedious to learn-- but can become your favorite game

Munchkinly fun for the whole family!

I learned to hate those I love...

  One of the best aspects of this game is that you can help each other in fighting the monsters - sharing the loot between you. It's always an interesting dynamic to see multiple players teaming up early on only to be backstabbing each other as someone approaches the final level.  I would highly recommend this game for it's simple rules, engaging gameplay, hilarious writing (and memes), and high replayability.

You won't stop laughing

 Firstly some of the cards are ambiguous which does require a set of house rules to make it easier to play. Secondly I really wish it came with a way to keep score at the end of it we use a very basic map that I created myself and some monopoly pieces to keep score. Once again I love Munchkin and it is really one of my favorite games.

  Regardless, the rest of my party was super excited and so I warned them all that I was likely to suck and braced myself to be bored.  Wrong. I was so wrong.  Maybe it was beginners luck or maybe I am just naturally amazing, but I discovered that this quirky card game was hilariously fun and I am ridiculously good at winning

  Overall, buy this game, call over several of your buds, and be ready to kick down the door, kill the monster, and backstab your friends, for Munchkin is as good as ever.

 Play goes by very quickly, and the cards are pretty damn funny.  This game is best played with a group that has an interest in fantasy, as the jokes are definitely inside jokes. However, they're likely to be the people most interested in the game to begin with.  The newest edition has all the cards in color, and this is a very nice touch versus the older editions
